A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US
Distinction K9 was born from a personal need. My first personal (rescue) dog Snoopy was 42kg of hot mess. Stubborn, extremely timid, and before long displaying signs of aggression towards strangers and other dogs, we knew we had to correct his behaviour. After starting my journey of education, I commenced training foster dogs through various rescues. Post Covid we have seen extraordinary volumes of surrendered dogs, and our mission at Distinction K9 is to equip our clients with the tools to keep their dogs out of pounds and in their homes.

In-House Consultation
Our in-house consultation service allows us to spectate dog-behaviour, owner-dog relationships and overall well-being of your furry friend. An in-house consultation allows us to sculpt a personal plan to work in with your work/life balance.
Puppy Pre-School
Our Puppy Pre-School is an entry level course for puppies and owners who want to start on the right foot. From 'sit' to the foundations of heeling and food luring, we will put you and your puppy on the right path to obedience.
In-House Training
Nobody understands their dog like you do. Commencing your dog's training at home allows us to structure a consistent approach to correct unwanted behaviours. From that nuisance barking to chasing the post-man.
